More on the kitchen

• The kitchen table extends into an eight seater; there are dining chairs galore around the house.
• The cooker can be slightly temperamental. Sometimes when the main oven is on, steam issues from a small vent; we have no idea why!
• We are not completely convinced that the smaller top oven actually works as an oven, but it is OK as a grill.
• There are some cleaning materials in the cupboard to the right of the sink.
• The exterior door does not fit very well so draw the curtain across it in cold weather
