More on the kitchen

• The kitchen table extends into an eight seater; there are dining chairs galore around the house.
• A new cooker (December 2009) is a great improvement on the old one!
• We have just (December 2009) discovered the lights under the cupboards above the work surface.
• There are some cleaning materials in the cupboard to the right of the sink.
• The exterior door does not fit very well so draw the curtain across it in cold weather.
• The light in the fridge is a bit temperamental at present but the fridge itself is OK.
• There is very occasional evidence of mice so do not leave food out.
